I’m sore from the gym. Last night it was just my biceps but tonight its my legs, my obliques and my biceps. This is good I know because it means I’m working them out and making progress.
I got tired of staring at beautiful bodies. I got tired of pining after zero love handles and defined muscles. The only way to achieve this goal is by actually doing it. Properly eating was cutting it anymore. Eating right can’t slick off the already present fat clinging to my hips, tummy, thighs and everywhere else.
I’m meant to be something between thin and muscular. I want definition especially in my arms and hips. I want a “V” and by golly I’m going to fucking have it.
I did a lot of weight work but I also cycled a little over a mile and then I ran/walked a mile. I’m trying to keep it pretty balanced. I’ve been looking into a lot of websites and the number one thing they keep saying is Cardio. Cardio is the best thing for you. You can’t just pick a spot and reduce the weight there, you have to reduce it everywhere. I don’t have a problem with that! I just wish it would happen faster. I can’t wait to look in the mirror and see something lean and mean!

Went 1.0 miles on the tread mill.
Went 1.5 on the elliptical.
Did some weights.
Arms are shakier than shit.
Current weight 161.
Feeling good. Feeling very goooooood.
Time for food
First work out today with my Fiance! It was awesome. Walked two miles

At first. Luckily I joined while they were having free enrollment. So, I signed up for 18 months! It’s about 36 ish dollars a month, but thankfully my insurance pays for twenty of it! Super stoked! So I’ll only end up paying like 16 dollars out of pocket. I need photo evidence of the transformation my body is about to partake in!
